Cons
Group was always profitable and a core part of company they acquired, just not profitable enough. They couldn't manage the debt from all their acquisitions, so when the bills came due, they dumped entire group and all it's decades of expertise. Wiped out a great product team and left its customers and partners with a hollowed out shell of its former self. No loyalty except to almighty dollar.
