      1) Very open and transparent communication 2) Kind and considerate management team 3) Work culture is very collaborative, right mix of experience 4) Leader in data integrity space, working on latest technology 5) Has diverse culture and grown through acquisitions 6) Freedom and flexibility at work, encourages internal job rotations and fulfillment of critical positions through internal hiring 7) Has solid product roadmap and has ambitious plans of growth

      Pros

      One of the biggest player in Data Integrity space with growth mindset, due to which good amount of investment done along with major acquisitions like Pitney Bowes Software and Data, Infogix. Due to this growth mindset, there is always new things to learn, focus on latest and greatest technologies which is very good.

      Cons

      Nothing that I can think off but we can always be better.
