      Great Leadership team. CEO is very transparent, approachable and always willing to help. Strategy/Vision are sound

      Cons

      Internal Systems do not support the strategy. Very hard to process orders, cumbersome internal processes slow down the sales efforts.

      Good people and individual solutions, Executive team is working to better the company with investments in technology and training to overcome the integration of multiple brands and company cultures from previous M&A activity.

      They have been experiencing significant change in the mid and upper management causing a disruption and lack of continuity for their clients and a reduction in the workforce. They are in the earlier stages of merging products and solutions and this is causing an unclear direction for the salesforce.
