      Pros

      Ability to work remotely Unlimited Time Off - not discouraged from taking vacation in my area Senior management does keep everyone in loop about major events in company

      Cons

      Things change very quickly and are not easily communicated. Pay could be better - lower than many similar companies. While there are many learning/mentoring opportunities you don't have time with your regular duties to ever take advantage of them. Lots of mergers happening rapidly, changing atmosphere. Makes some employees on my team nervous about the future status of our jobs.
