      Dedicated team of people building great products to define and lead the data-integrity market; leadership is focused on our opportunities and launching many new programs for personal and professional growth. Senior leaders prioritize transparency and open communication.

      Cons

      If you like things to always stay the same, this might not be a great fit for you. The company is growing and does a lot of M&A - which creates opportunities but also means ongoing evolution and change.

      Working at Precisely is very rewarding. There are great people, and the projects are challenging.

      Cons

      There is a lot of opportunity to get better, repeatable, consistent processes. The company has doubled in size, and is experiencing some growing pains. But these challenges are not insurmountable, and there is much opportunity to grow the company to even greater success.
