1. Management is busy in acquisition small companies 2. All new SaaS products are wrapper written on top of legacy Syncsort products 3. DONOT JOIN LOCATION INTELLIGENCE TEAM, please ask the recruiter before joining, they don't have any customers, but still building products 4. Heavy politics internally in some teams 5. Very very low salary hikes 6. No top up on insurance premium - Please NOTE 7. High Attrition rates

Management is very poor. If you're not in the "in crowd" you're not treated the same as everyone else. HR is quite poor. There's not enough people and the people they have seem to lack HR experience. Generally HR seems to be hands off on many aspects. Lots of acquisitions. Every 6 months there's a new acquisition. I believe the end goal is to build up enough value and be sold to a larger company. I don't see a lot of growth potential within the company unless you live in India. They're primarily hiring in India.
