There is not much pro. If you have heard of the story of a baby elephant tight to a rope since childhood and when it grow up it never tries to loose the rope. That is the culture management here will instill in you. You will become that baby elephant and will always be that labour. Worst company to work for. No salary hike. No up skilling. Management will hide each and every information from you which you should be knowing.
