Great Talent Worklife Balance for Rewards is Off

Cons

Work Life Balance is way off balance 60-70 hour work weeks is common. This is a pre-IPO company and small % of total work force able to participate in equity. This is a miss as creates a gap between Employees and Participants.

I skip lunch because I don’t have time to eat. People on my work group are frequently active on teams till 9, 10, 11pm. Weekend, internal meetings for trivial tasks are a strong possibility. Considering the actual hours worked, the pay is low.

The agency I worked for was acquired by Precision Effect 3 months ago. The negative reviews on here worried me at first, and I'm sorry for the person or people who did not find it a good fit. I hope they are finding success elsewhere! The negative reviews are in no way representative of the culture I am experiencing - at all. Every single person and team I have worked with across the network is supportive, responsive, and motivated to do awesome things in healthcare. It shows in the work that teams are passionate about the work and deliver results for the clients. Clients seem to be extremely loyal to the agency.

Cons

I really wish we could have stayed on Google Workspace when we were acquired. I find the internal IT (ye olde Microsoft) to be a bit bloated for a creative agency, but it works for most and hasn't slowed my pace.
