      Smart Colleagues, very little else positive

      Cons

      There is a reason its nearly impossible to find anyone that has stayed there more than 1.5 years, have fun finding them on linkedin. Senior management works for senior management only and it clearly doesnt work for building a good brand or place for people to work.

      Pros

      There are some BAD reviews on here, but these are obviously triggered ex-employees who didn't fit the culture and values of the agency from the start. Incredible room for growth, with mentorship and leaders who care about YOU as a person. Great talent who stick around because it's a GREAT place to work. Everyone here gives a damn, about the work, and about each other.

      It's advertising, of course the hours are crazy! If you don't like it, you're in the wrong business, folks.
