Pros

Management goes out of their way to ensure employees feel like they are a part of a family, whether it's flash socials, the Summer picnic, Halloween party, or the Holiday party which is going to be at beautiful Natural for the second year in a row. I've worked at places where you have to do everything short of begging to get a raise; here, each employee is given a merit raise at year's end based on their individual performance. We are also given yearly bonuses which have been paid out every year since I've been here. All in all, this is easily the best place I've ever worked and feel lucky to be on such a cohesive and determined team.

Cons

There are some late nights (as with every agency), but management recognizes efforts and brings in food and coffee for us in the morning and they go out of our way to thank us for our efforts to deliver on work.

Pros

Simple research projects. Decent work life balance.

Cons

Leaders have no management experience and make a mess out of a lot of things. Very little efficiency in the research process. They don't provide researchers autonomy and expect them to do assembly line research.

Pros

Good pay and benefits, flexible working remote policies (but not evenly implemented across the organization), pleasant coworkers who want to do interesting work.

Cons

Management's lack of transparency and leadership's clear favoritism for some departments over others is bad for morale. The organization is quickly becoming political and top-heavy. Implement clearer, more honest communication strategies to build trust and respect across all levels of the organization. ALL employees should be valued, feel valued, and have growth and development opportunities.
