      - Continued growth - many employees have had the chance to try different roles internally vs having to leave to do different things - most of the people are really positive and collaborative - demanding environment and people are given clear and direct feedback if they aren’t performing - less ego BS than I’ve experienced in other agencies - The company shows up for employees when it counts often quietly helping them through personal challenges (especially in covid)

      Cons

      There are growing pains that come with the speed of growth but the leaders seem genuinely attentive to this.
