Pros
— Lots of learning opportunities — Leaders care about you and your growth — The work you do changes people’s lives for the better — Collectively, the company has a great sense of humor (makes a huge difference, especially when working remotely) — If there were any outsized egos, I didn’t work with them
Cons
— Pharma requires patience and, sometimes, a lot of it (less of a company con and more of an industry thing)
