The most disappointing company to work for

Pros

They’ll reluctantly pay for your dinner once in a while when you’re working until midnight every night. Also working for them is a great solution for thick hair if you need to lose some due to stress (yes this happened)

Cons

When hired you’re not trained yet not allowed to ask questions without being told management doesn’t trust you and thinks you’re dumb. Working for this company for 7 months left me with lasting psychological damage - I’m a very stable person who has been through the worst of the worst and this was still the worst experience of my life (and this is a result of not one person but MANY at the company)

Pros

I joined Precision after being at a larger agency for almost 15 years. I immediately felt at home. Great group of super talented people. Everyone is friendly and works well together. I have been impressed with how in tune the leadership team is with the day to day.

Cons

The agency has grown significantly in a short amount of time. There are some growing pains, but leadership is all over it.
