      - Strong management team - A large volume of team members who have worked outside of Boston means real talent - Smart, kind, passionate people who respect each other - a fresh rarity for The Boston ad market - An uncommon level of expertise and intellect across departments

      Pros

      There are some really lovely people at PrecisionEffect.

      Cons

      This agency is your typical burn and churn experience. Expect many many late nights and irate clients. For whatever reason the Account Management Team runs the show and they are literally a bunch of thugs who bully and intimidate. If you're not comfortable with people yelling at each other across the room daily then this may not be the place for you.
