      Pros

      Collaborative, creative, smart team. Inspirational leadership. A good group of people. I really enjoyed my experience at precisioneffect.

      Cons

      Salary was lower than industry standard. Promotions are recommended by managers, but are slow to be implemented. For example, my manager recommended that I be promoted and receive a raise in January, but it still had not been implemented, and the salary had not even been negotiated, by the time I left, in August.

      The greatest part of precisioneffect are the people that I work with — an excellent team of creative, account and strategy individuals. Overall, there is a positive work/life balance.

      Cons

      Between the 3 different offices, it is getting so big that its almost impossible to get to know everyone.
