      Pros

      Strong people with passion. Our lady leadership in particular is Bold, Ambitious, Daring, Awesome, Smart, and Sophisticated. At precisioneffect, people are friendly in addition to driven and competitive. If you can’t handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. Good things are here, and great is on the horizon.

      Cons

      If you’re dead weight, you won’t make the cut. If you’re new, you have to ask questions and invest in the people around you to learn and grow. The opportunity is there; it's your responsibility to get yourself a seat at the table.

      I met some nice people.

      Cons

      After combing through multiple 1-star reviews and a few positive ones for precision effect, here is my takeaway; I don’t think I can add anything new that hasn’t already been addressed in the low rated reviews. What I would say, however, is leadership might consider actually addressing the concerns raised and earning rave reviews versus trying to create their own.

      Pros

      Great bunch of smart people who produce high quality scientific outputs relevant to healthcare. Good opportunity to get some experience and get to the next level for beginners.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring leading to some growing pains. Although there are good opportunities for junior staff, career path is not clear to them, staff needs more mentoring.
