      Pros

      Reasonable salary and benefits. A few helpful, friendly and interesting colleagues. Good general company on-boarding.

      Cons

      No onboarding to the specific role. Managers lacked ability to effectively run their groups. Unhelpful and obstructive colleagues. More time spent working on processes and figuring out how to bill one's time than on projects. Not enough time allocated for content development aspect of projects. Lack of respect for colleague's expertise and experience. Poor work-life balance overall.

      Great bunch of smart people who produce high quality scientific outputs relevant to healthcare. Good opportunity to get some experience and get to the next level for beginners.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring leading to some growing pains. Although there are good opportunities for junior staff, career path is not clear to them, staff needs more mentoring.
