As a somewhat new company, they have growing pains and are still trying to figure things out.

Interesting work in CEA field; the partners at excellent and can provide great career guidance if you form relationships with them.

Cons

Relatively new when I worked so structure and delineation of responsibilities sometimes unclear. Support for research staff was not always adequate.
