1) Toxic manager, who no one likes and will force you do their job because they can't. 2) When you hold others accountable for their actions, they will gossip that you are difficult. 3) When you stand up for ethics and your integrity, they will gossip and hold it against you. 4) Mediocrity is rewarded and your hard work will be diminished by those who are mediocre. 5) Chaotic and messy, no direction provided. 6) You will be expected to pick up the slack for the mediocre personnel. 7) The work environment is toxic and unhelpful, and many are planning exits. 8) Quality rating is tanked, Quality of product is mediocre, good luck getting anything done because customer satisfaction is nonexistent. 9) Save yourself the headache and run. 10) No real training for anything, just outdated information passed down.
