      Pros

      No micromanagement. Family culture/aspect between floor workers.

      Cons

      Underpaid for quality and quantity of work done. Worked upwards of 45+ hours of overtime. Had to work mandatory weekends and overtime as an Intern. Communication between management and workers was nonexistent.

      Competitive pay. Tons of opportunity for growth if you want it. I'm happier here than I've been at any job I've had.

      Benefits aren't horrible, but could definitely be better.

      Can't really think of any pros after being here for 9 years except that there are many great co-workers to work with.

      Cons

      Communication among companies is quite poor. Very high turn-over rate. people comes and goes like in a market.... Absolutely no work/life balance.
