      Great experience, a lot to learn and a lot of possible advancement if you show how to work

      Free parking, although you will get moaned for where you park.

      Cons

      Manager's, supervisors and directors all like to use bully tactics. You'll be promised things and denied if you ever ask about it. Overtime is essential, they will happily let you work 60+ hour weeks without a thank you. Every manager has a god complex. If you are lucky, you might get a uniform within 3 months. The factory itself is the biggest snake pit I've ever had the pleasure of working in. If you don't do what is demanded from you or you are a slightly slower worker then you will get threatened with dismissal. Lack of 'quality' on the work provided is shocking. Lack of training is a joke, within 20 mins of induction put on facotry floor and told to crack on with live parts which will go on an aircraft.
