      Pros

      You have a good sense of job security when working in the forge department. Due to the extreme need of the material in the aerospace, industrial, and medical fields. The pay is about average.

      Cons

      Their motto is they do more with less, so cross job responsibilities are very common. The workforce is very restive and lazy. They tell you that you get eleven holidays, but you normally only get Thanksgiving and Christmas off.
