      Pros

      Nothing good to say. There are few good folks still hanging in there and waiting for retirement. Try to learn the technical skills from them while they are there.

      Cons

      Bad work environment, regular extra hours with no additional benefits, annual increment is 2 percent if u are lucky. The days of bonus are gone.

      Good learning environment, great stepping stone to learn the business for other companies.

      Cons

      Don't care about people, had three top managers replaced in 18 months. Always had to ask the workers to work the weekends and was always behind in schedule.
