      Pros

      Pays more than any other company in Portland. Especially for non college graduates. If you can survive a few years here you're setup pretty well for other jobs in the area.

      Cons

      If you like getting yelled at by upper management for decisions made by upper management then maybe you won't see this as a con. But if you like spending time with your family or having a social life of any kind, this isn't for you.

      Fast paced environment where other full time engineers rely on co-ops/interns to perform meaningful work. Good office environment, good interaction with the manufacturing area and a great place to learn various manufacturing processes.

      Cons

      Slightly more downtime than preferred here and there.
