      The pay is good and all the overtime you can handle, fairly decent benefits

      Cons

      You're just a number to them, good ol boy clicks, they got rid of the pension, very dishonest on their process to their customers.

      Its a Start-up at the moment so there is lots of room for growth. Management allows room to cultivate culture.

      Cons

      everyone is trying to make their mark. So it can be a little hectic with so many chefs in the kitchen. other than that it isn't too bad.
