      Special Metals Mgmt Cancels - 2 Elkhart plant Christmas parties 2013 & 2014 (plant very profitable) right after theirs!

      Company is smart to use the corporate PCC name to try and cover up the high employee turnover rate at the Elkhart plant and use name changes (A-1 Wire to Special Metals) to keep potential employees in the dark.

      Cons

      Bullies to customers, suppliers and employees. High turnover rate - complete management & Engineering staff gone that completely turned Elkhart plant performance around from quarterly losses of million of dollars into million plus profits.

      Lots of work and lots of overtime.

      Cons

      Terrible and very corrupt management they let people get away with drinking on the job and the hard workers get punished for doing their job plus taking up the slack for others.
