Pay is slightly over the norm for the area. If you are a compulsive workaholic who does not hates a heathy work life balance, this is the job for you.

Cons

You are expected to work 70-80 hours per week, under incredible pressure, and vacation time for managers is typically approved 48 hours prior. No matter how far back you request the time off. They will also change your shift with less than 24 hours notice.

Emphasis on teamwork, problem solving, ownership. Always opportunity for growth, pay is good but you will have to earn it. Incredibly smart people work here with admirable work ethic.

Cons

CEO's toxic treatment of upper management roll's downhill. Stressful. Long hours. Working 6-7 days a week, expected to be on weekend calls.
