They treat their employees like garbage, they set completely unrealistic expectations and they are unwilling to plan for the future, they only care about the day to day.

The wages are inline with many other companies. Savings and retirement benefits are pretty good. Peers are easy to get along with.

Cons

No room for advancement, poor management, excessive work hours. This company feels everyone is replaceable, too many layoffs.. Big separation in higher ups and lower level employees.
