Good compensation and package, but you will have to work hard for it. Lots of requirements from corporate.Good people.

Cons

Hardest position I ever held. Lots of turnover from top level corporate officers, plant managers, controllers, operations managers, leave either voluntarily or not.

Cons

Working 24/7 with low pay. True lean manufacturing. The C-suite have each other backs and do not promote within. FDPs make more money then seasoned personnel.
