      Pros

      Wyman Gordon is a good place to work. The Company is very family oriented and the employee's are very hard workers. It's always great opportunity to be promoted with in this company.

      When business get slow the company have layoffs.

      Great place to gain experience. Great pay for entry level job. Job was always interesting and never dull. Goal driven company.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know how to manage. Upper management doesn't know what's going on the the floor. Management sets unrealistic goals.

      The pay is good and all the overtime you can handle, fairly decent benefits

      Cons

      You're just a number to them, good ol boy clicks, they got rid of the pension, very dishonest on their process to their customers.
