      Professional and friendly staff. Expectations clarified from the beginning. Reasonable work load. Managers know what/when/how they want. Well known company in the industry

      Low payment. Low bonuses, comparatively much less paid vacation. The company DOES NOT care about the employees at all. You are a tool so that the company can make money
