      The pay was competitive and the benefits great.The company overall a good place to work.

      Manditory overtime was supposed to be abolished,BUT,it was expected when asked of you.

      Pros

      The wages are inline with many other companies. Savings and retirement benefits are pretty good. Peers are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, poor management, excessive work hours. This company feels everyone is replaceable, too many layoffs.. Big separation in higher ups and lower level employees.

      Pros

      Exposure to a wide variety of manufacturing processes. I would say pretty good pay relative to the area cost of living. Interesting technical challenges which keeps your mind fresh and isn't repetitious.

      Cons

      High standards and expectations which aren't always attainable due to equipment/man power/economic climate. Sometimes the flashy go further than the technically competent.
