good pay if you are willing to work 12hrs a day 7 days a week

Cons

No time with family, odd hours, incompetent management. Parent company posts 454 million quarterly profit and has a 15% layoff the same day. No accountability, people sleeping on the job are left alone and the hard workers get laid off.

The buyout of our company (the big one) has been a train wreck!

Haven't converted us to the lower paying salary... yet. OK if you're young, degreed, and have no family.

Cons

They push the stress levels to the point that most of our top talent has quit (in plain view of our on-site major customers). More will be quitting soon as some local competitors are now working on hiring us.

The provide a high compensation. There are also stock options. The name is well known. There is not really much else to say positively.

Cons

Poor working environment. Company doesn't care about employees. They would rather save money in repairs than keep machines operating to make money.
