      Pros

      The benefits are the only thing to rave about in this company because they pay a decent amount when it comes to your health benefits.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides to working here are being overworked and underpayed. Working every other weekend with very little increase in raises unless your looking for a 0.4-0.30 cent max raise every year.

      Unrealistic expectations. Long hours. Work is up and down, multiple layoffs in my 2 years (4)

      Lots of potential to move up and be successful. Great opportunities if you're willing to help your self.

      Cons

      Hot in some departments. Gets slow and lay offs happen. Un even work load from day to day basis.
