      Good people to work with. Pay is comparable to other aerospace companies in the area.

      Cons

      Lots of turn over in employees and management. Many places are hiring right now. so this may change in the future.

      Decent wages and benefits, some opportunity for advancement if you are willing to play the game.

      Cons

      High pressure, high turnover work environment, especially in mid-to-upper management. Little or no loyalty to employees. Experience and length of service count for nothing, attitude is "what have you done for me today?" Toxic, highly political work environment.
