      Pros

      There are a lot of nice workers that work for that horrible company. They deserve a whole lot more than how they are treated.

      Cons

      This company obviously doesn't care if you have a family and expect people to work 50-60 hours a week which includes Saturdays and Sundays. Corporate people treat employees very horribly!!

      OK pay but a good bonus program.

      PCC wants you to devote your life to them, so if you like your family, this may not be the place for you.

      Ran an excellent company in to the ground

      Can't think of a single one except the management remaining from the previous organization-there aren't too many left

      Cons

      A simple thank you would be nice. A $200 quarterly bonus does not compensate for the lack of respect
