      Lots of oppourtunity to grow within the company. The company is very aggressive and always looking to improve in all aspects of the business. They are not afraid to challenge and push you.

      The aggressive nature of the company can be stressful and overwhelming to those who are not willing to push and challenge themselves.

      Pros

      MDPs are exposed to multiple plants under the PCC umbrella giving you a very diverse working experience. The program puts you into 4 roles (supervisor, process engineer, etc) in two different plants in completely different divisions. The program is good because it is fast paced, your projects recieve a lot of attention and you can make a significant impact in your time as an MDP

      Cons

      The hours will vary. At the first plant, I was working as an engineer for 45hrs/week, now I am working 60+ hour weeks for the same base pay. A lot is expected of you and this is not a position you can just cruise by, but it gives you the confidence that you can get the job done.
