      Great opportunity for metrics-orientated individuals who work hard

      Cons

      Hourly employees are taken advantage of, with frequent schedule changes, unacceptable amounts of mandatory overtime, and poor communication from management.

      Pros

      Compensation for work is on the high end for the market. There is potential to get on the job training in the field for later career choices.

      Cons

      Respect for employees is at best deplorable. Intense micro-management and constant policy changes. Long hours and schedule changes with little to no notice are the norm. Punishments for mistakes are heavy handed. Short term gains are favored over long term results that provide higher returns. No attention is given to maintaining equipment in a preventative manor, rather to spend enormous capitol to replace or fix problems after they are affecting process. Safety is a joke. Human resources treats employees like a resource rather than human beings. Work enviornement creates distrust for the person next to you via punative policies enforced by human resources.

      High expectations with more work to do than time to do it.

      Pros

      There is an ability to move up the company quickly as well as above average compensation with the quarterly bonus program. Easy ability to interface with management.

      Cons

      You will never able to get all of your work done because they load you up with more projects than you can handle. Some positions have the expectation to work every weekend
