wages are ok but could be a lot better for the jobs they expect of you

Cons

mental health suffers and you don't get equal opportunities ie apply for jobs in another department and most of the time you don't even get an interview

Strong work ethic Good working hours Huge amounts of knowledge to be gained Exposed to all corners of the business including Finance, Program management, Supply chain, Engineering IT. Fast paced and high pressure with great reward and recognition Chance to travel to several sites across the world

Cut throat political environment Easy to feel forgotten if given a less accomplished mentor. Requires thick skin as many staff members can be rude
