• Drew upon blueprint designs, engineering drawings and CAD designs to identify industry-standard specifications. Connected directly with Team Leads and Supervisors to inform on any changes. • Provided stamp of approval behind all parts analyzed. Applied leading edge skills in shadowgraphing to identify very precise discrepancies. • Completed analysis of newly manufactured parts using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), performing root cause analysis to identify potential manufacturing problems including issues with the machining table. Apply leading edge skills in shadowgraphing to identify very precise discrepancies.

Cons

QA in PCC is really a challenging to show my skills and learned a lot about the floor, quality and the strict tolerances about the aerospace products. But physically hard to stand in long shifts.
