Pros

There is always a lot to learn. The atmosphere is fast paced and people want to get things done. The corporation as a whole has some of the best business and manufacturing practices, including lean manufacturing, 6-Sigma, Theory of Constraints, SMART goals, and right to left thinking.

Cons

Since it's manufacturing, the job can be very demanding. Even for folks in a support function, calls or texts at 11pm or 6am on a Sunday morning are not uncommon.
