There are tons of opportunities once you get your foot in the door, you also have raises frequently throughout the year based on your position. Quarterly Bonuses as well.

Cons

Management rotates every year so it can be difficult to acclimate to each individual’s own way of running things.

Most employees are very competent but not so friendly. Corporate culture is below average.

Cons

GM was terrible but just left. Hopefully culture improves after he leaves. Work hours were extremely over the 40-hour work week.
