Good experience and push to learn Exposure to various aspects of business Exposure to multiple businesses Quarterly bonuses are nice Pay is roughly at market, depending on the plant.

Cons

Operations teams and GMs don't respect finance functions and often treat you as expendable Controllers at PCC are under intense levels of stress that they funnel down to employees Long hours, weekends needed at times Technology is years behind, not willing to invest in the business

Absolutely everything other than pay, they treat you horribly, you do not get a work/life balance. The upper management is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life, micro-managing, they don’t care about their employees, everyone is just a number who can be replaced. Please save yourself and don’t work here.
