Fast paced, Co-Workers are nice.

Cons

No training, No work/life balance. Need more PTO, Bonus program changes every quarter not reliable. No structure. Does not communicate well to employs about policies.

Never bored. Lots of work. Pay is good after you become a manager. Benefits fluctuate by location. Some very good.

Cons

The more you do, if your good, the more you get. Penalties for failure or errors. Focus is all about profit and production. Long hours. Quarterly reviews are brutal. Minimal if any training provided but your required to sign a lot of items stating is was reviewed with you and you were trained. You will work more than you thought possible
