Pays OK, always overtime work

Cons

Profits over people, forced overtime, no loyalty. Managers and up make all the money and rarely get laid off. Don't take advice from knowledgeable operators or engineers. Just laid off tens of thousands!!

Management does not have a long term foresight. They are one of the most incapable folks. When they could not find any job, they are brought to Wyman Gordon. One of the most disorganized company I ever worked for. First impression is the ticketing system which is worst in the industry. IT standards are extremely poor. There are countless other reasons which I don't want to talk about.
