      Consistent, long standing business. If you like it here, you will have the opportunity to stay. Lower level and cell managers tended to be nice and have decades of experience.

      Upper management in seeming constant turnover can lead to sweeping direction changes overnight. Seemingly consistently behind leading to large overtime requests and crunches.
