Pros

Alot of available overtime. Company dinner before Christmas. Also quarterly bonuses. More overtime than you can handle as well. Easy to get to from the highway.

Cons

Experience personal are misused by putting them on simple beginner platform machine's. Pay could be better as well as the raises for the people who excel at their job.
