      Pros

      Pay is decent, but not really a lot other pros to speak about.

      Cons

      No respect for people, its all about the bottom line. Be prepared to work long hours and systems at some plants are using 80's technology.

      Good pay w/all the benefits. Many shifts to choose

      Management is so-so....but I'm sure they mean well...with all the "Corporate "rules and lack of personal understanding for certain individuals.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. You can move up the ladder quickly if you are willing to meet the demand. Overtime is plentiful if that is what you want.

      Cons

      Mgmt has very little regard for employees. Supervisors care about employees, but are worked to death. Little engineer and quality support. Managers and HR always changing. Employees are almost never celebrated.
