      Really nothing positive to say about the plant!!!!

      Cons

      If you never been lied to about hourly wages, vacation time,and quality then stay where you are!!!! I never im my life seen a facility that is poorly manage and unskilled as the one I'm leaving. To be a new company that is fresh of the ground you would think thet would bring in a experience manager to run the plant. My honest opinion I really think this facility want have enough people to operate unless theyou get ride of everyone in the front office that waiting on there bonus money to come every quarter. I really advice anyone who's thinking about come here please don't!!!

      benefits, and that's about it. Pay is ok but no way great.

      Long work hours, no respect in your hard work, lack of knowledge from upper management.

      You can recieve overtime in this company.

      Lazy young workers. Leads and supervisors walk with their hands in their pockets. Falsfying paperwork. Unsafe practises. Bribary. Hostile work enviorment. Threats. Not up to date in pay. Not a good place to work for. If your the worst employee you get promoted faster. If your a good emoloyee you get used. Lying to customers. Past dues stack up. Horrible quality. Not enough training.
