There are a few good people working here. Even with how this place grinds.

Cons

Disorganized. Does not care about employees. Lots of last second rush rather than consistent work flow. Fixes output problems rather than concentrate on why output is incorrect.

There were a variety of projects and always something to do. The profit sharing program and stock purchasing programs were good.

Cons

Overworking and undervaluing employees. Within a year of leaving the entire engineering staff had been replaced. Difficult to grow within the company. Poor work/life balance. Unsafe working conditions.

Being a welder, the pressure is not as great as someone in a production grinding position. With enough support, requests and a few months, they might be willing to accommodate your requests. Bonuses.

Cons

Benefit 'out of pocket' is high. Overtime and hours can change at any time. They are always finding new ways to take bonus percentages away.
